4. Services Description

StayHomeStays.com provides fully furnished accommodations ranging from studio rooms to luxury three-bedroom apartments in Bangalore. Our properties include:

  • Queen-size spring mattresses, balconies, terraces, foldable tables, cupboards, and flat-screen TVs.
  • Kitchen facilities (in select units) for short- and long-term stays.
  • 24/7 caretaker assistance for guest support. We also offer WhatsApp integration to facilitate communication between Guests, Hosts, and our team, providing booking confirmations, updates, and customer support.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking details (e.g., name, contact information, stay dates).
  • Use our Services, including WhatsApp messaging, responsibly and refrain from spam, harassment, or illegal activities.

  • Respect the property and adhere to house rules set by Hosts (e.g., no smoking, noise restrictions).
